How to Use
Start anytime. If you begin on June 15th, your year will run until June 14th of the following year.
There is a line for each day of the month.
Each day, write down one good thing that happened and place one sticker on the monthly image.
For each month's image, use the corresponding sticker sheet. Match sticker number 1 to space 1, sticker 2 to space 2, and so on.
Then, jot down one thing you're grateful for, a good moment, or something positive you noticed that day.
It’s okay if some days are hard and you can only come up with something very small. Those might be the most essential good things you find.
By year's end, you'll have a cherished collection of meaningful moments and a new and improved outlook that you earned along the way.
